Hazelwood Surveyors is headed up by Thomas Weinmann, a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in all areas of Building Surveying. His extensive background spans commercial and industrial sectors, providing a depth of knowledge that benefits every client.

Party Wall Matters
Design & Project Management
We undertake a variety of building surveys for Commercial properties including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Technical Due Diligence / Pre Acquisition surveys and Defect Analysis Surveys.
We undertake party wall works for both owners and adjoining owners, from providing advice on the legal requirements, preparing and issuing the necessary notices to agreeing the awards.
We can take projects from inception through to completion or offer individual services. We offer Design roles, Contract Administration, Project Management and Principal Designer roles.
Reinstatement Cost Assessments (RCA's)
To ensure we provide an accurate RCA for the property we undertake a detailed site inspection, following which we draw on our experience and knowledge along with up to date published pricing information to provide a fully tailored assessment for the building.
Defect Analysis
We undertake specialist investigation into building failures, providing practical advice on remedial and preventative works.
Development & Project Monitoring
We act for Lenders undertaking Development Monitoring on a variety of developments. We also act for landlords overseeing occupier works / assisting with licenses to alter.
